At Slatly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all accessories and components.
Items that have been installed, damaged after delivery, or modified are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Slatly will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
